We aim to ship quickly, so cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee the order can be modified or cancelled.

Bee Venom – Product FAQs
When you receive your venom, place it in the fridge to preserve freshness and potency. Keep it out of reach of children. If using immediately, you may mix it with your chosen cream or serum. Always follow the mixing guidelines provided and conduct a patch test first.

Refrigerated bee venom can retain potency for up to 8 weeks. At room temperature, it should be used within 2 weeks to avoid degradation
If you have a reaction from the patch test, do not apply the venom further. Only use a tiny amount during patch testing. If you’ve already applied it widely and react badly, discontinue use and seek medical attention as necessary.
The vials are glass and should be rinsed out. If disposing in general waste, wrap it in tissue to prevent injury. Recycle packaging materials where possible.

We currently offer cleaned raw propolis in chunk form. This is the pure, natural resin collected from our hives, cleaned and ready for use in your own formulations or wellness routines.
