Our products include bee venom, raw propolis, pollen, honey infusions, and wellness education services. We also offer limited affiliate and wholesale opportunities.

Product Information & Safety

Orders & Payments
– We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay (via ABSA Bank), and American Express (via Stripe).
– M-Pesa is available for local orders in Kenya.
– Klarna and other BNPL options are available in supported regions.
– Orders are confirmed once payment is received and approved.
– Apiary Innovations reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at its discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are dispatched from Kenya via DHL International Airmail.
– Delivery times vary by destination. Delays due to customs, holidays, or force majeure are beyond our control.
– Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their region.
Returns & Refunds
– Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened items.
– If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence (photos/videos) and we will review your claim.
